My account was suspended with the following message:

it is legit .

Think Clause 9 means you got linked to bad accounts so your chances are prob low.

Account is gone, you need to open a few new accounts and start over :-(

Lesson for next time: spread your sales on a couple of accounts, if you sell too much on an account a red flag would be raised.

Not long ago I be on the phone with both ebay and paypal, its clueless people, you put them on the spot where you start asking the real serious questions, they got little answer for you.

Their is this thing bought up by some morons saying you are not forced to buy or sell on ebay....

Well, I can almost guarantee you you ARE forced to sell on Ebay, you may not be forced to buy, but you most sure the hell are forced to sell on it, you pretty much forced to use paypal to.
