changed ip before clearing cookies...problem?

Hi,
I think i am well on my way in getting back on ebay after visiting these forums. However, i changed my ip address before clearing cookies. I have not logged into my suspended email or any ebay/paypal account yet. So would it be a problem if my ip address changed before i cleared the cookies? i cleared the cookies as soon as my ip address changed btw...
