Default Ebay trap ?

I filed claim against a non-paying buyer for $350.** Ebay refunds my seller fees J .** 1 month later, this buyer files claim for refund for item not received ?** I go to Ebay to dispute this claim,* makes no sense, right?** So I follow Ebay claim procedure, first step is to “dispute claim” and click “Continue”.** I click “continue” to dispute, *and get Ebay message page that I agree to refund buyer the full amount!* HUH ?** WTF is that all about?

Is this an Ebay trap.**

Also, Ebay shutdown my 98.5% 1700 feedback for having a 4th claim against it in 12 months.** Not a good week

Dude dont worry, first the payment was not given so there is no record of payment. It might just be a glitch on their part. I would call them to straight this out.

This. Glitches do happen. I get messages in German from time to time, so things happen. You may have to tidy up your business also. 4 claims signifies issues.

You missed a few steps in there when doing the claim. You must have read some things wrong and clicked too much. They arent trying to trap you into anything. Its either a glitch on their part or a miscommunication on yours. This would be very easy to sort out.

If they didnt pay then there would be no record of payment to refund. Call them and sort it out. Dont mess with email or live BS chat. Live chat is for small stuff. (dont reply with Live chat is no more) its there every time I need it)

This issue is with a stealth account, hesitate calling. Looked for live chat, didnt find it. Hopefully just a glitch on thier part. Going to proceed with cautio, won' sell from that account for a while

That is like asking "hopefully my wife is not pregnant", when she is 8 month prego. Or like "Hopefully I did not sleep with that drunk hooker", when you have small bumps on your man unit.

This has happened to me before, recently actually. I called ebay and was told I had manually marked it as payment received, of course I had not done so. I just assumed it as some glitch and moved on, no consequence came of it, the rep took care of it.

Call them and explain everything, be confident and have your affairs in order.

Seriously, if you dont have confidence in having to call ebay because its stealth, you shouldnt be doing stealth. You should always have the info writeen somewhere so that you can have it there RIGHT in front of you when you call, therefore no stuff ups!
