MC115 Ebay Registration Suspension
 

Hi everyone this is a first time here. Well my problem is similar to Javelin. Before I was unverified in paypal and give me a warning about this problem when I bought some itens. In Ebay my bids was canceled and show this message: "MC115 NOTICE: your account has been suspended pending additional account verification"
I became a verified in Paypal now but in the Ebay the problem remains. Is this may be the reason? To people in the South America can´t solve problems with the resolution center because the phone number is only to North America.

Welcome to the forums. You're sure the IP or your computer does not have suspended accounts already?

hmm..pretty sure. i reset the modem just before i logged in. it's 1 month old with 0 fb. standard step, only this time when i listed item, i change the preference of the buyer (no buyer with unpaid strike etc).

Are you using a VPN for IP?

Are you saying that after you got the suspension, you verified your Paypal account?

How old was the account before it was suspended? Let me guess, it was suspended within 48 hours of being created?

You need to check all your ips if you linked it with another one. VPN is no good!

No I´m unverified too in paypal. When you are a unverified have a limit to spend I think it is the problem. After the suspension I became verified but in ebay the problem continues.

No friend I never had ebay or paypal account.

What did you do last before the account was suspended? Did you update your credit card information in eBay?

Hi I don´t put credit card or anything...I was bidding when they were canceled and my account suspended.
