Chances this account gets linked?
 

Back before my eBay account got restricted, a friend of mine made an account at my house. He just created an account with his information. It was never used to bid or sell anything. In fact, no Paypal accounts were ever linked to it. It just ended up never being used.

Now fast-forward to now where my account was restricted and I created a new stealth account a couple weeks ago. But I used my friend's phone number. I completely forgot he made his account over my place about a year ago.

Any chance they would link my friend's account to my restricted account and then in turn link that to the phone number in my stealth account? Or am I being paranoid?

Most likely will be linked with IP if your unlucky.. As soon as you start listing it will be limited / restricted to match the other one regardless of history.
