One Question: How long does Trialpay take for two offers?? anyone knows?

because I have made two offers for getting a free ebook for eBay Stealth, but however the page says .... immediate offer, but I have been waiting almost two days now. Those two offers were successful as I have received order confirmation email but.... it is still pending....
so, how long does it take for getting it to be completed, anyone knows??
