Does ebay link's auctions due to same photo uploaded?

Hi guys, so wanted to ask: does ebay links auctions due to same photo uploaded?
Ex.
I listed item with one photo and later listing was removed. After some time i list this item from another account with other description, but with the same photo uploaded. Can that mean that my listing now is marked for inspection?

Change the size and name of your pic, otherwise it can be linked to a previously suspended account. Also, remember to clear any EXIF data.
