Exclamation Stupid eBay cutomer service!

This is just ****ing ridicules! I am calling eBay customer service to get an update and this stupid Asian lady tells me that they decided not to reinstate me. So I asked her why? Because I have 100 percent feedback and she wouldn't be able to tell me why. She kept reading a script, literally! And then when I told her that I wanted to speak with a supervisor she kept talking over me and then silence. She hung up on me! ****ing stupid eBay and their 5 grade employees!
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

Why was your ebay account restricted? Did you receive an MC049 (suspended pending further verification).

Best not to get mad at it, ebay's decisions are final and there is no point in arguing with them. Just start again with better luck.

I got MC011 and then they restricted my Paypal! Both Paypal and eBay wont reinstate me. WTF! I guess maybe it's because I start selling penny auctions? Could it be the reason?

Are you saying that trying different agents might work? How about paypal? Doy you have any numbers I can call that will give me someone who will listen to me ? The first time I called eBay customer service said she didn't see anything wrong with my account.

To help you be a successful seller and ensure a safe experience for the eBay community, your account has been restricted until additional information can be verified or obtained and we're able to confirm that your use of services meets the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement.

I understand that this process may seem confusing. Please let me explain a little more about it. We're committed to reducing both fraud and negative buying experiences on eBay. To maintain a safe marketplace, we sometimes restrict selling activity, end active items, or suspend accounts until additional information can be verified or obtained. These actions are not necessarily meant to be a reflection of your account's activity, but rather a preventative measure.

Okay, so they basically asked you for proof of identity and such?

Have you faxed them the documents? Did they receive them?

If they already received the documents and rejected your appeal there is nothing you can do, you have to start over.

If they haven't received them yet - call and ask someone to look at them.

I asked the supervisor at PayPal to tell me what was the reason as to why my account was denied appeal and he would let me know. He said if I was to tell you you might go around the security or something like that. He basically told me that it's the types of product that I sold. But since most of my products were penny auctions I would assume maybe that's what cause the issue? I guess they felt it was feedback manipulation. What do you think ?

- How can you have $2300 frozen in your account only from penny auctions?

- If penny auctions were the problem ebay would have let you know about it (you would have received a suspension).

But even if they didn't - once you call them to raise your limits they will review the account, and you do not want them to find you sold penny items there.

Do not mix penny auction with real items, if you are selling something of high risk wait until the account is established or sell it in low amount.

I would suggest creating a few stealth ebay and paypal acounts so you won't get stuck without any accounts - keep in mind some of those accounts will fall.

What documents did they ask you to fax in? Do you know what 'caused the MC011 notice?

Alright first of all I must thank you for being so very helpful. I respect that! I have sold VERO items under NON VERO TITLE. Meaning that when I actually tried to list these item under it's full name I got busted and listings were removed. I have two more stealth accounts and both of them received twice the 7 day selling restriction, one of them even got one month restriction.

Everything was just fine, I was listing about 2-3 identical items a day until I decided to sell penny auctions. I was approaching last week of the month and since I could only post 100 listings a month I decided to start selling 10-20 penny auctions every other day or so in my last week. On Nov 1st I got limited by eBay and then about an hour later PayPal froze my account too.

You see this is what I don't understand. How many items can I list ? Problem is my VERO items range around 200+ each. So would it be okay to list one a day?

Even though that my eBay was registered 4 month ago since I started selling only last month (OCT) they consider you a new seller. So even if you open seller account month before it all counts when you actually begin selling as I understand it.

eBay did not actually ask me to send them any documents at first. All they have asked me is to call them.
