Alright first of all I must thank you for being so very helpful. I respect that! I have sold VERO items under NON VERO TITLE. Meaning that when I actually tried to list these item under it's full name I got busted and listings were removed. I have two more stealth accounts and both of them received twice the 7 day selling restriction, one of them even got one month restriction.
Everything was just fine, I was listing about 2-3 identical items a day until I decided to sell penny auctions. I was approaching last week of the month and since I could only post 100 listings a month I decided to start selling 10-20 penny auctions every other day or so in my last week. On Nov 1st I got limited by eBay and then about an hour later PayPal froze my account too.
You see this is what I don't understand. How many items can I list ? Problem is my VERO items range around 200+ each. So would it be okay to list one a day?
Even though that my eBay was registered 4 month ago since I started selling only last month (OCT) they consider you a new seller. So even if you open seller account month before it all counts when you actually begin selling as I understand it.
eBay did not actually ask me to send them any documents at first. All they have asked me is to call them. Quote:

- If penny auctions were the problem ebay would have let you know about it (you would have received a suspension).
But even if they didn't - once you call them to raise your limits they will review the account, and you do not want them to find you sold penny items there.
Do not mix penny auction with real items, if you are selling something of high risk wait until the account is established or sell it in low amount.
I would suggest creating a few stealth ebay and paypal acounts so you won't get stuck without any accounts - keep in mind some of those accounts will fall.
What documents did they ask you to fax in? Do you know what 'caused the MC011 notice? | |
