Get a question for Ebay Bill Payment

I bought a 20 dollar Simon gift card and get on EBAY today. Cross my figures and hope everything will be fine!!!
I get a question for the EBAY bill payment. I am afraid that 20 dollars is not enough for my bill. How to pay my Bill then, using PAYPAL? I added my bank account to PAYPAL, will EBAY later found that PAYPAL's address and suspended my ebay acccount again.
