So I can reply to the email and I will get a response for my restriction or its bs? I read this on the ebay website. I was digging through. Anybody knows?

Yes you can reply to the email directly and the you will get a response back. Problem is that you knew EBay was watching you Fandango. Sadly it has now come to this tragic end. God speed my friend. You are going to need it.

Lol, these are old accounts back months ago. I was just checking them.

the last few times ive emailed them a reply, i just get a canned message to call then instead because of the unusual high volume of emails they receive

I wish they would go back to the old form of emailing them and chat. I hate having to speak to an idiot at ebay or paypal.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead but I wanted to confirm something. Has Ebay.ca and Ebay.com removed the Chat option completely, recently I couldn't get that option no matter what I did. So do we have to call them for all the issues now onwards?
