PayPal shipping Feature?

Can you use it if I followed instructions and have set up a totally new different name Ebay account ,,,

PayPal will have the same street addess as a old one used before on ebay because of verification reasons but will have a new name etc. will it be flagged if it is linked ..I know not to link for pay.

If so for sure ..Shipping will not be as convenient
