linking ebay and paypal accounts~
 

every account linked to me on ebay was banned, including some accounts of people sharing the same house as me. i'm in the process of changing my ip and finding a new address to register the account on, but i'm a little confused when it comes to paypal.

only ebay seems to have a problem with me - paypal has allowed me to keep my account and use it uninhibited for some time now. obviously i can't link the same old paypal to my new stealth account, but can i just open a new paypal under a new email address and register my old bank account to it, or no? can ebay see my bank account information, like my account number, even if i only register it to paypal?

or if i opened a new bank account with a new debit card and new account numbers, would they be able to see my home address and name? if the answer to these questions is yes, is there a prepaid card you can purchase that paypal can deposit money into? i primarily want to use my ebay account to sell.

sorry for so many questions!! i'm just starting at this and it's kind of overwhelming. thanks for any help, though.

ANYHOW HERE IS MY DIAGNOSIS for your predicament - you need the stealth guide OR do a lot of reading around the forums. You are new to the method and need experience =)
