Unrestricted? Shouldn't I be Linked?
 

So basically I have an eBay account that I set up a few months ago, but never sold on. I tried selling on it the other day and was immediately restricted and they told me I had to call in. I was going to just write the account off, but decided to call in and give it a shot anyways.

The rep ended up unrestricting my account after I answered a few questions. From the questions I was asked I can tell they have the first 5 digits of my social. This account should be linked to an older banned account with real info though, or so I thought. It has my real name and the address is a PO Box in the town next to where my old, banned account's address was. Also, the birth date was different and when I asked I got it wrong. I told her my real birth date, didn't remember that I had a different one listed. The rep told me it was wrong, but then changed it to my real date that is linked to the banned account.

So basically it seems like they have the SSN for both accounts, my real name, and my birth date. The only difference is the address now.

Just wondering, was it a mistake that she unrestricted me or what? Should I bother selling on the account or will it be banned soon?
