Created New Ebay Account With My Old But Real Information!!!
 

OK, i thought I would try this.. About three or four or year's ago, I remember getting my first ebay account suspended, I'm not sure if I had my real information on that account or not, but I thought I'd give this one a try. About 8 month's ago I got my real account suspended with my real name and current adress but I never had to send ebay my personal information, but I sure did send paypal the information when my account needed verification to have the limitation's pulled..


Now what I did is created a new ebay account with my old adress which i lived at three or 4 years ago.. Also using my real First and Last name. Now I have the document's to back it up in case ebay needs to verify..... My driverse License still has the old adress on it that I never changed, and still carying that '"adress change update" thing that I have to show the police everytime I get pulled over.. anyway showing a bill or current statement of some sort of bill is no problem "if you know what I mean"...


NOW, THIS IS THE TRICKY PART, LOL. DO I HAVE TO START SELLING OR BIDDING BEFORE EBAY SCAN'S THE SYSTEM FOR MY INFORMATION AND SUSPEND'S THE ACCOUNT "IF THEY DO" OR SHOULD I JUST LET IT SIT FOR A WHILE AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS??? NOW IF THAT IS THE FACTOR, AND MY ACCOUNT STILL STAY'S UP FOR ABOUT A WEEK OR TWO, AM I GOOD TO GO WITH MY REAL INFORMATION WELL AT LEAST MY NAME??? NOW IF IT DOES WORK OUT, CAN I JUST ADD A VALID PO BOX TO MAKE SURE I RECIEVE MY MERCHANDISE, IN CASE I DECIDE TO BUY..


ANYWAY IT'S SO LATE, AND IM JUST HOPING THIS IS GOING TO MAKE SENSE WHAT I SAID HERE WHEN I WAKE UP TOMORROW AND CHECK AND SEE IF SOMEONE REPLIED TO THIS, LOL...

Usually eBay checks your account when you begin selling items. The moment you list an item, something kicks in with eBay that checks your account against others.

I'd say you have a 50/50 shot of being okay. Since this is an address you used 3-4 years ago. Good luck!

Only possible problem is if ebay have not got rid/deleted old information. But Good Luck.

Whoah. Be careful of a 3-day list. That might cause a problem. Also I would suggest to be
very careful what you list. Is there any chance you can wait and allow the account to 'age'

do 5 or 7 day listing

i got couple of jeans that are brand new, will try to sell those.. should i try something like that?? ill post two for 5 days..

Sold a bunch of my jeans that dont fit me anymore, six jeans to be exact... Three shirts. Now the other day while trying to list some more, I get a weird message asking me to verify my paypal id or link it to ebay, and it did not let me list anymore things.. I tried listing something on EbayMotors and it still let me do it. Now like I said my real information is on the account and working fine... Is that request for verification by ebay going to go away??? I did not get an email or anything, just that pop up when every i try to hit the "LIST NOW" button

seems its the selling limits thing, you need to link your verified paypal acc, and after that it should be fine or if you have over 25-30fb it usually goes away.

but in the end i think it'll keep asking u to link ur pp account. If you dont u can still sell those type of things but it only lets u list 1 or 2 at a time
