The ebay account with my real name and address got limited - it is not suspended but I can only use it for buying.

My question is this: if I change the name on my account and then close it and then open a new account under my real name will ebay somehow link me to my old account and limit it?

Defiantly you will be linked ! Because my girlfriend also hade an account with selling restrictions & she did the same thing about a year ago befor buying Stealth Book. She listed a cheap used item & boommmm.....Shut down... Now she is running 2 account with help of Stealth Book.
