I am a powerseller on ebay On November 14th, 2011 I called in with a technical issue. The lady "Andy" upgraded my store without authorization to a $299.99 store, equivalent to someone charging your American Express with a fee without authorization. I told her "NO" this is not why I called and not at all what I wanted. I have called them over 10 times with people in cs saying it would be fixed. A month and half later and all of my christmas season selling gone it is still not resolved. I have called and emailed the office of the president. I still have no resolution and my account has been shut down for non-payment with 200 live bids still in my store.
I HATE EBAY!!!! I plan to blog, write as many articles as I can and short their stock. I friekin hate them |
