Does anyone know what this means??

it states clearly your listing was removed because of the risky nature, selling any dr dre beats hadphones on ebay is asking for trouble its extremely risky and usually ends with a suspension

How much feedback does the account have?

I received this same thing yesterday on an old 5 feedback account. All I listed was something of "LV" then got that same message an hour later. COACH: pictures and COACH: getting paypal verified.

But this morning I went on eBay and checked and saw someone selling a Louis vuitton item with 0 feedback and brand new account and just 1 picture so I don't understand... How he's still up and running

Lol.... 0 feedback LV item !! what a daring man.

Remember just because somebody has a listing up it doesn't mean that it will last. Although in rare occasions people with 0 feedback get a item like LV or Coach to sell. This is a very risky move.

OK, you are new and it's your first post so I'll be nice (I don't make a habit of it)

The VERO programme is policed rather heavily on certain items - especially those that can be copied - and you have fallen foul of that. Your account is now 'marked' and you need to tread very lightly.

The item you are selling is a strictly no-no - that is unless you know something the very experienced sellers from your country don't know.

Suggest you find a new stock line that isn't 'Ricky Lake'

GTran is right on - you got hit by the VeRo policy for Dr. Dr e item sales.

After this Is where the phone call comes in I believe and maybe if you get all the questions correct you may be able to list it again, maybe.

can we get a sticky that just says selling beats is cause for immediate ban?

seriously, i must read 5-10 posts per day that say "i was selling beats and got restricted. cant understand why..."

It means you are selecting items that are not within ebay's selling guidlines. Items with brand names have strict conditions for being sold.

For reasons known only to you, you choose TWO that have the potential to damage/kill an account.

It's the responsibility of any seller to make sure the item being sold is, in fact, acceptable to be sold.

This means doing research on the actual item. That totally excludes looking at other sellers' listing the same item. do not fall into the trap of they are doing it so I will too.

You did that. And here you are. You were not successful

If you have 1 negative or a dispute in your ebay account even if its closed they take a look at that and report you. Its good to take tons of pictures and post them on the listing for vero items.

Do you think they will suspend my account? Should I wait a while before listing again?

Go to your seller's dashboard. Check its status. Let us know that :)

Did you ever get another email from ebay like they mentioned? Until you work out quite what ebay are doing I would recommend not listing.

i called ebay. looks like im not suspended. i listed some things.
the person i spoke with said to take multiple photos if im going to list beats headphones. it seems they are more freaked out by beats than anything. they also said that the company that makes beats headphones could have said something.
i wont list any more beats thats for sure.

How many feedback did the account have and how old is the account? I'm surprised they didn't ask you any multiple choice questions to verify you as a seller.:eek:

I have great feedback, 100%, power seller and top rated seller. I've been on eBay for a long long time. . maybe this saved me. they didn't ask me any of those questions. it's the first time I've ever been in trouble with eBay.Thanks

Then you actually earned the right for ebay to be nice to you. Older accounts can get better treatment, especially on a 1st offence

Older accounts do get treated better. Believe it or not I have an account that has rec'd over 12 violations. But its Silver Power Seller Top Rated. 99.9% Feedback. Aprox 4000 sales this year alone. I suspect that allowances such as listing violations can be increased when you sell much more quantity.

Most of the violations came in a short period when Sony was on my ass for everything. The other was selling p90x. I had a deal going with local gym that I buy members 2 months free membership if they turn in p90x when done. I have sold approx 200 sets. Now I don't sell any of there stuff anymore because they watched me like hawks.

I sell all vero.... From Apple to DVD... But I have good legit supplier invoices so I always get passed the reviews. You can sell vero if you have a legit supplier. That is key.

You keep insisting on selling those Beats,,I GUARANTEE that you will at some Point Lose that account,,,MOVE AWAY from the Beats
