Mc008 on a cathegory i do not use?

I received this email from ebay today:
To help keep eBay safe, we've restricted your listing activity in the Software category. You won't be able to list any items in this category. However, you can still list and sell items in other categories.
This restriction will remain in place indefinitely. Our decision was based on evidence from our records. We're concerned about your selling practices and business model when selling these items, and we don't feel they promote a positive buying and selling environment.
Please remember that you can't use other accounts or register new accounts to sell these items on eBay. If you do, your accounts could be limited, restricted, or suspended.
The problem is that I have never in my life listed any software or anything under the software category. I only sell cellular covers and knifes. I list these items under the right category. I had no item listed on any category when I received this notice. I don't know why I have received this email. Could eBay have make a mistake? Do I contact them to fix this? I still can list items and there seem to be not restriction in the amount of items I can list. Actually a few days ago I became a power seller and a top rater seller so I don't know why this happened. This is not an stealth account all the information is real. What do I do?
