Ebay merchant account

Hi i got recently suspended and im plan on making a stealth account but how do i open a merchant account cant ebay track me back to it so how do i open it without getting caught

From what I learned. You should slowly sell your goods. 50$ MAX. every other day. Once you get to about 10 sales. Let it cool till you get some good feedback. Then you can start bumping up sales every slow slightly.

It takes some skill.

you should be ok if you follow the stealth methods and slowly build up your account....
