Welcome to the forum. There is no room in business for "crying". Read around the forums +/- get the stealth guide and created new unlinked accounts (stealth) that will allow for you to get back into sales. Post more info to discuss =)

Powerseller with only one negative feedback got restricted from selling on the Dvd category. Can I fight it or should I start building my first stealth account?

I got resticted from the shoes and accsesories category, but can still sell in other categories, I will sell in the other categories and keep using the account, but I went stealth. If you do decided to fight their decision BE NICE, and BE PATIENT! Not understanding how E-Bay works I was nice at first what I know you should do regardless.

Once they e-mailed me telling me the indefinate suspension was final after contradicting info I was given in the Suspension dept, I sort of lost it. They did not request any proof of my documents and that alone teed me off! You don't have to fool me twice to know you need a back up plan!

You don't just have to ditch that powerseller account, find something else to sell on it and you won't be out of cash building the other stealth account. There are thousands of things to sell besides DVDs.

Making a stealth for selling DVDs takes time and patience, especially nowadays depending on the type of DVDs you sell. I wouldn't depend on just one account for DVDs, it's just doomed to fail in most cases. Make a bunch, around 5 to start and build them all slowly.
