You need to start over and have a new everything. Nothing can be the same from ip to name and everything because you will be suspended again nomatter if the account is bronze or gold!

Once an account is linked its linked. you can change info like your saying but that will even raise more red flags. Take the advice given and start over it honestly is your best option....at least buy the book and start a new account while your trying to salvage that one

Buy the Stealth Book. It tells you everything you need to know to start new accounts and sell/buy again. Or use the search function on the forum.

@Hockey12, Ebay sometimes gets complaints of items not being genuine, so it doesn't have to be negative feedback to get suspended. This I know for a fact.

Look Man, we have ALL been there, there is NO WAY that account gets Re-instated. As for a Lawsuit, you CANNOT win, Why? Well, To put it simply Ebay is owned by EBAY,,NOT the Public,,its kinda like me Suing you because you will not allow me in YOUR house.

What you need to understand that what you were selling is VERY Risky. Ebay does NOT know YOU, whats worse they do NOT want to know you. If Ebay even gets a WISPER that something you sold is counterfeit your DONE!!!

Worse yet, if Ebay gets wind that there are lets say Counterfeit Wayne Gretsky cards in market and you just happen to have sold several Gretsky cards, even if your cards are 100% Genuine, Ebay will boot you just as a Precaution.

If it ever got out in the Public that a Particular Ebay seller was selling Counterfeit Autographs, it could cost Enbay MILLIONS.

So you see, calling Ebay and "Ripping them a New AssHo%e" or Ranting on this thread, your Results will be the Same, you will NOT get the account back.

So sit back Have a drink, Relax, whip out the stealth guide and create a New account, and MOVE ON

No there are a lot of people that gave you solid info, yet you refuse to accept it. Consider yourself lucky you made it since 2008.

You are asking a lot of questions that are clearly answered in stealth guide.

Yes it is worth it because you can get back on ebay. However keep selling the same products without acceptable invoices and certificates your account will get suspended or banned again.

Will I be in the clear if I change my address to maybe a PO box or my friends house? Also making a new PayPal account with a different bank account and credit card? And start sellimg after 10 feedback? Let me know if this will work. and change IP?

Okay looks like your just asking the same questions over and over and no ones willing to answer because you are asking alot of questions, either look through this forum for your answers or just buy the book.

A new address is essential.

PO Box is ideal as that gives you control.

Avoid using a friend's place. Your son's account impacted on your accounts .
Be independent.

You need a new IP, you need to make a new user account & clear cookies.

Go look at your set up again, & see if you can work out what you are using.
What company do you pay for your internet access? Might give a clue.

Yes paypal needs a new bank account & card.

I know you are harbouring a desire/want to sell your autographs.
In the interests of the safety of your new account avoid doing that.

Your good standing account got lost. You will repeat the disaster.

Please try to grasp this fact.

Attempts to get the account reinstated are useless...

Follow the Stealth Book and visit the forum regularly and you should be set

If you're like me, you will even lose a few stealth accounts before you know what you're doing

Ok. But can I mix it up n my account? Can I sell a few with COA's Amy few not? Also when changing your Ip that means I can never login my suspended accounts again? I have open disputes on it? Should I. Use my 3G on my iPad to do so? I'm with Rogers amd have a modem amd router do you know how to change the IP?

Of course you can, that is if you like taking the bumpy road path, don't expect the account to last though, as for the rest of your questions I would wait until you get the stealth guide..
