suspended account problems
 

Ok, Ebay cancel suspended me about 10 days ago.
Of course when they cancel my 200 perfect feedback account they emailed all my bidders for the last month and told them basically to open up a case. So I had about 20 people open up cases.

Many of the bidders were just worried and did not respond to the case after it was open. I offer them a refund if they sent the item back and for customer who did not get there items yet I put in tracking.

Well today Ebay closes all the case and take the money out of my paypal account and states that they did not get the items like 10 people all tracking on the case say they got it and the people who open a not as Decribed case they gave all there money back saying I got the items back?

I never got any items back or any tracking.

Has this happen to anyone before? What should I do.

I will selling Sports Cards and Autos. All Certified. I called them today and they said I have to appeal each case. Not sure How they can say customers did not get there items when the tracking even on Ebay states they got the items. Also, on people who just open up a case to open it when Ebay sent that email how can they give them there money back and send me a email saying tracking say you got it? They never sent anything. almost like they made it up?

Eb does take the lazy man's way out and make up stuff
