Ebay Seller Account suspended indefinitely?
 

Just got this message from Ebay:

We're writing to let you know that because your seller performance is below standard under the US seller performance standards program, your selling account has been restricted. If you had any active listings prior to your restriction, they have been removed and your selling fees will be credited. If you recently sold an item they can be found in the sold section of your My eBay.

You can still get your messages in My eBay, and of course, complete any outstanding transactions with your buyers, but you won't be able to list any more items. This action doesn't affect your buying account. While this account is restricted, you're not permitted to sell on any other of your existing accounts.

Please complete any outstanding transactions with this account.

I got a rash of 5 negative feedbacks in the last 3 months (2 were my fault and 3 are from basically crazy buyers). Anyhow, I call in and was told my account was suspended indefinitely. I was wondering if there a chance I will get reinstated back with that account or should I start a stealth account soon.

Since you have already called in and tried to reason with them but they still pushed you off, I'd say it's a toasted account. Move onto a new stealth account and good luck! You can still use this account for buying purposes if you had legit info on it though.

Thanks for the response. I was told by the csr that she'll try to appeal my case so I'm hoping to get it back reinstated...but I just bought the stealth ebook so guess I will start on a new account.

i thought suspended account can't receive feedbacks from buyers? Just receive two feedbacks from recent transactions. Does this mean anything?

lame to got off the phone...look like i'm making a new stealth account tonight here to a fresh start
