which IP address will ebay banned ?
 

I used Dial up.and ISP ip address is always same
but Ip client is always change.so which Ip that Ebay grab ?
and if you have 2 Ebay account you have to change your ISP ip too ?
How about if you created a new account with a new IP and log in with another Ip,which Ip that be banned ? or both of them ? or the last ip that you log in ? thanks

I didn't quite understand all of that, but I say this. You can't use the same IP address for more then one eBay account or else your accounts will be linked together. Once linked together, if anything happens to one account it'll happen to the other. So you'll want to reset you ip address if you're going back in forth between accounts.

they have several ISP phone that i can choose
and every phone number have it's own IP address xxx.xxx...A
and with IP client that always change
and my question is which IP address that show in Ebay ?
another question is :if you have 1 Ebay account with multiple IP address
when you got suspend.will Ebay suspend all IP that you used ?
or only the last IP that you use for Log in .

I dont think they care about Ip address anymore. I got suspended last week one account that I made at the library and I had another account that I made at the library with the same Ip and they didnt do anything to my second account which sells the same thing as the suspended account and they was both made on same IP(with different Info of course)
