How many violations until suspension? - does EBAY share suspension info worldwide?
 

I've read up but could not find detailed info about it. How many strikes can one account get until suspension? I ask because I have 2 accounts. As some may know, both sell same digital items, both got listings pulled like 10-15 times. 1 got suspended.

My good account is from 2002 with 700 feedback and on was on the verge of powerseller. I even got listings pulled from ebay Philippines, Italy, UK, and US. I sold on those sites by logging into them, not thru ebay US. It was supspended for 1 day, then 3, now I'm back on but not active.

My suspended account is form 10/2007 with 89 feedback. Had only sold on ebay US. Had about 10 listings pulled. Then suspended. This account didn't even get a temporary suspend but rather an indefinite suspend.

Both accounts violated mostly miscategorized policy, new digital media policy, and 2 occasions, adult content on 2002 account.

Questions:
Why was my 2002 account not suspended? Is it because its pre 11/2007? This account got listings pulled more then the 2007 account.

How many strikes can 1 account get before suspension or does it depend on the violation?

Do international ebay site violations count towards the total violations? Do they even have the same policies, as I am too lazy to read?

Thanks for your input. Yes I mean violations. Due to this threads lack of other input on foreign ebay sites, I have to assume that no knows the answer. I ask because,

I was selling digital items on ebay Philippines, Hong Kong, UK, and Italy. All sucked except Italy. I had a friend translate my listings into Italian and there were few competition. My ebay Italy blew up, within a week I was making 150 EURO a day, which is about $250 USD. Then Italy took me down and suspended me for 3 days.

Sites that I know that have digital media restrictions, aussie, uk, us, canada.

This got me thinking, are all ebay sites linked. And do they share the same polices, specifically about digital media? This is important for me because if they are not linked, or have no digital media policy, I will be on there making bank now if I knew for sure. I think no one knows here. I'd gladly pay an ex-ebay employee $500 just to know, but I'm sure they sign a do not disclose clause once they left ebay. Any one care to guess?
