real name and last name as suspended account? If my name is Dave can i use David or Davis or something and keep my last name but change date of birth?

let me make a suggestion. put all of your spoon fed questions in one thread so its easier to ignore.

Check if you can add anther name on that PO box, and choose a relative or friend name who got no EB and use it, when your product arrive your buddy can pick it for you
