the selling limits and restrictions on your account in further detail.
I'm glad that he was able to explain our decision on a deeper level.
You have been a valued eBay member since 2008 but just recently started
selling with us in April of 2011. I can understand that some of our
policies and procedures may not be as transparent to you as you are
still learning as a seller. That is why we were happy to assist you.
When you are successful, eBay is successful. Our goal is to ensure you
are able to maintain a high level of buyer satisfaction and create a
successful eBay business for years to come.

I noticed that you currently have a Hollister sweatshirt listed. It is
obvious that you understand that you are unable to list in the Clothing
and Accessories category. You listed the sweatshirt under the category
"Everything Else". Please understand that this is considered a
circumvention of our category block. Anytime we ask you to not sell
under a specific category, we are also asking you to not sell those
items for the time being. By listing the sweatshirt under the
"Everything Else" category, you directly circumvented our restrictions.
We take this infraction seriously. I also see that you have created 2
new accounts over the last month. This is also considered a violation.

We truly value you as a member, therefore as a courtesy to you I am
going to give you a warning this time. Your listing for the Hollister
sweatshirt has been removed. Any further actions on your part to
circumvent our restrictions will result in your selling privileges being
permanently removed. We do not want to see this happen. We want you as
a seller and wish to keep you on the site, please do not circumvent
these restrictions again.

I will try my best to convey this to you in plain english. Please bear with me.

EB have placed seller restrictions on your account & upon further communications between yourself & an EB CSR, they have attempted to explain to you in greater detail the reasons why such restrictions were in effect on your EB A/C.

It also appears that you have tried to get around this seller restriction on your EB A/C by re-listing this item under the category "Everything Else" & EB were quick to spot this & remove this listing.

On this occasion, EB have decided to only issue you a light warning to you about this. They have advised you NOT to do this again & for the time being NOT to re-list that item for the moment.

They have also let it be known to you that they are AWARE that you had infact created TWO new EB A/C recently.

You have in effect been warned in a NICE way NOT to re list the restricted item OR try to get around it or create anymore EB A/C that were created by you in such a manner that they were still able to detect these.

If you do, your EB/PP A/C are likely to be permanently LIMITED/SUSPENDED.

the only advice i can give you is get better at what you are doing and those numbers will improve.

me, i get lazy real quick. ill take an account to PS level and then the next month get it banned for poor DSR's because i just dont feel like shipping one day, which turns into two because real life gets int he way. then i dont respond to the emails cause id rather respond to threads on here.

so just stick with it, and remember you cant always please everyone, just ask my wife

That item might give troubles because it has a brand name. It might not be real.
They want you to stop selling the item.
If you do not stop they will take away the account :tears:

ebay are angry you made more accounts. ebay has rules & they think you want to disobey the rules.
But ebay is trying to be nice.

If you are not strong in english then with no disrespect try google translate to transform the english to your mother tongue.

as everybody else said above ebay was really nice and gave you a warning about listing items they prohibited you from.

FanDango is RIGHT on the money - stop trying to go around eb rules or you will be shut down. I would consider yourself lucky and ease up the account right now.

I was registired 21.03.2011 on ebay.com nd didnt use till even 1 year just start in december 2011 list for sell nd ı sold my 1st item then try see how can ı sell more nd my seller for a month 10/2000$ I listed 7 piece in cloths category was removed said sum concerns listed removed nd then suspended till eveythn lıke that after ı read apskin form tried what can ı do ı send email 2 ebay but not aythng answer then ı see on ebay.co.uk onlıne help lıke chat ı chat said them my account suspended bla bla... ı gaved my ınfo wit my driven lience nd adress after 1 min reinstate then ı see my limits for all sellin ı ask they check my account they all sort out expect category limits they said ur registered ebay.com we can do anythn from here u have ask ebay costumer then ı send sum post why my account category block can sell just all same sayin ur account cant sell anythn ın cloths category or ur account aprroved ın thıs category when ı try sell error anyway ı got many email will send u Sir ı hpe nd trust apskin forum loved ı thnk will sort out waitin ur hels thnks regards

LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES and what everyone else here is telling you.

If not just get used to your accounts constantly being banned, one right after another.

Yes - basically he was selling in the clothing category - eb set restriction on him so then he tried selling in Everything Else category - eb caught him and gave him a warning and said that the clothing category is BLOCKED to his account.

Seems like the OP wants help appealing this block - what he does not follow is that he is LUCKY that his account was not axed.

Is there a limit on it because friends on other sites, some friends told me like 30 days or 90 days unlimited account, or pull away but did not understand even today, as 30 or 90, or do you think is worth the wait Is there a way or another

You need to understand that you cannot & will not be to re-list or reinstate in this category limitation/ban.

Your eb a/c is perilously close to being banned permanently from eb as a result of your misguided actions.You are on your final orders from eb on this eb account.
