Ebay linked my account and now want ID verification

I created a totally new paypal account and ebay account using my sister info as if she would be the one selling on ebay herself. She has a totally different internet, computer, address, email address, phone number, paypal...everything different than my suspended account. Now Ebay sends a POI (Proof of Identity) message to her email saying that her account is linked to mine and need photo ID verified and faxed to Attn: PA Appeals.

The message says that "your account will be accessible when we successfully receive and review your proof of identity, and confirm that your identity does not match the suspended account you've been linked to."

My question is, how did they link her account to mine? And if I send in her DL to the fax address they gave me, would they know that she is related to me? What are my chances of them not suspending her account?

1st. Stop using your family for new accounts.
2nd. Stop using your family for new accounts.
3rd. Do you get the vibe?

If you need a new account, make one stealth. If you need a paypal account you can always buy one from one of the approved sellers on the board for a low fee.

Get the Stealth Book. Also as mentioned numerous amount of times, do not use your family member's info, especially if you were not granted permission for it.

If I use a totally new and real address that I don't have access to. How do I deal with customer wanting a return? I've read that you can ship items with a piece of paper showing the customer a return address of your "linked" account. What if the customer doesn't want to ship it to this address that isn't my ebay/paypal address?

Why would a SERIOUS seller use a address like that?

A PO box for a few dollars a month would work.

Idea of being truly stealth is to have nothing to link to anything banned.
