I just got suspended permanently from ebay and paypal

I have a question, I decided to stop selling completely on ebay, but i just want to buy there is it still possible?

Main things i was curious about is , If i purchase the account and paypal from one of the verified sellers here, and change up the Address info to my home, and my Bank information to my current one, will i still be able to buy from ebay without them banning me again?

new phone number

not really Ebay flagged my account because they claimed one of the items i was selling was not original even though I presented the Receipt of purchase from a retail store they did not care, they ban hammered my ebay, and my paypal its been a year since it happened, but theres some things i want to buy and unfortunately its only available on ebay

If you opened up a new account with the correct details they would not flag it as you are only a new buyer account and they do not care if you buy unless you act recklessly and purchase $10,000 rolex's right away.

No. Use ebay and ANY account can be banned.

Buyers accounts get banned like sellers accounts do.

What sort of silliness is this to buy an account then change details to an old flagged banned address? Changing info on an account ca flag the account
