I logged into my ebay limited account

I created a new eBay account with a new computer user name and all new info all cookies and history deleted.

nothing related with the limited account but I logged into my limited account with my new IP and with the old computer user name.

If I change this IP and delete all cookies, will they notice that I'm the same person?
