I got same message. Was selling an NFL jersey. I sell vero and have sold plenty of vero items. Also had 5 stars and 100% feedback guess I'll have to make another account

Well it makes sense as to why you got the message.

Were the NFL jerseys phakes?

Hard to say. I have been told otherwise. When I compared mine to that in stores they are exactly the same. If they are phake its extremely hard to tell.

How long did the account last whilst selling vero items??

It was about 1 year

Was it Nike or Reebook? Jerseys have been easy to sell for a little while. Especially that Reebook was getting out and Nike was taking over. We know how Nike vero is. They are hardcore. You will see this happening a lot more to Jersey seller of the Nike Brand.

That is why I am curious. I had two old reebook jerseys I wanted to sell off and just listed them 30 minutes ago.... If yours are Reebook then I might need to cancel just in case...

Adidas does NBA?

I sold some of the reeebock ones last fall. Only 3 new ones and a couple of older personal ones that were listed used and bought on eb Some buyer reported me. Maybe another seller. Then got banned from eb. My own stupid fault for even listing them.

Actually I had both nike and reebok get removed. And yes adidas does nba. Majestic does mlb. Reebok still does nhl. I've never had any issues with nike. There are tons of nike nfl jerseys currently on ebay so I wouldn't think there would be an issue

I just know how vigilant Nike is with shoes. It only seems logical it would be the same for jerseys...

Wow I'm pretty sure that's happend to a lot of people. If I could get as much traffic through my website as ebay id never do this again. But as it is I will make another and sell a few items here and there

I've personally never had any issues with shoes from nike. Never had any customer complaints. Always offered refunds if unhappy for any reason on this last account everything seemed good. I've been careful on waiting to list. Oh well guess this will be a yearly tradition

Problem was. I was stupid. I got a trademark violation back in 2009 for selling 2or 3 jerseys then...i bought them on eb though. I was suspended for 7 days. But didnt think much abiut it since i had proof of purchase. Rep then told me i was ok and strike would be removed after 6 months. Fast forwrd fall 2011. I bought some more on eb and sold some of my older ones. Went well, got greedy and bought some off site ones. Great quality and all, only tried to sell 3 or so, then boom. Susupended perm, pp limited...banned!! No other chance, no explanation. Cold shoulder. Thing is..i achieved powerseller in early 2011 amd top rated seller. Didnt matter. Was member since 2002. Didnt matter.

I see tons of peole with same items now i was selling. What a crock.

They just havent been caught yet... All of them low feedback... There are a few that have high feedback, however those have probably been confirmed by ebay

I know exactly what u mean. Samethings as I was selling are on ebay too. But my paypal is good. In fact all of my paypals are good. Never any issues with those
