Can selling similar items as my old suspended account cause me to be suspended
 

I had my old ebay suspended for low standards, I now I have another opened sold 2 items now but I'm wondering if they can suspend my account if I sell some of the same items on this new account. Other than that there's is no other links between these and my info on this account is valid ..name address etc.

If the items are unique, or if you use the same pictures, then, yes, they can use that to link you. Also the wording in your listing.

The idea is to make everything as different as possible.

If you were selling - for example - 5 CD Music titles and you were suspended, then starting a new account and listing the same 5 titles is not a good idea.

Also, you need to figure out WHY you received low ratings and make a plan to correct whatever is wrong. If you do not, eventually, this account will suffer the same fate as the other one.

If im Selling Xbox consoles and ear phones is there a way to sell these without being linked?
I mean 100s of ppl sell these

Of course, as long as u don't copy anyone's pic description etc... take out Meta data before loading it on ebay just in case (batchpurifier is a good program) and make a new description and so forth

What do you mean by new photos? I use to take pics with my Nokia N8 and load it. So your saying don't use pervious methods to take photos?

Taking photos is fine - just alter a bit via EXIF stripping and personal tagging to avoid linking via photos. As for similar items, if your postings are sufficiently different, you could be alright.

And I'm guessing ip address will be an issue? If I do change it would I need to use another computer also I know it's PayPal that checks ip for sure

both ebay and paypal use ip to verify numerous information.
Each pair of accounts must be on a new ip address.
Keep taking pictures with n8 but put a different background and a border in your pictures to make them different.
Create different style listings and different format of description.

I am selling items right now from an account of a few years ago and as I always do I keep great records of where the picture was taken, the background etc.

I am all new and look like nothing close to that old account.
