Paypal limited
 

Hi. I have been useing a new ebay and paypal acct after suspension almost 3 years ago. I purchased something not on ebay, and used paypal to pay with shipping to suspended address. Now paypal has limited my account and sent a letter for verifying out of state address, claiming that it is making sure someone else didnt use my acct. Is there anyway to save my ebay account at this point, as it is not linked to paypal, but uses the same email and out of state address that the paypal letter was sent to? Thanks in advance for any help.

Welcome to the forum. Seems like your eb account is still working, right? If pp has limited your account ONLY for address purposes, prob best that you do the right moves and give the right info. That's the only way to save the account.

In the meantime, read around and get the guide to understand stealth methods.

I forgot to mention that I accept moneybookers only on ebay, and dont accept paypal on ebay, and never have with this account. So should I just ignore the paypal verification letter??? Or will they boot me from ebay for not verifiying it. Thanks in advance.

After making a web purchase through paypal and using the shipping address of the suspended account, I received this emai:

Dear **** ****,


We need your help resolving an issue with your account. To give us time to
work together on this, we've temporarily limited what you can do with your
account until the issue is resolved.

We understand it may be frustrating not to have full access to your PayPal
account. We want to work with you to get your account back to normal as
quickly as possible.

What's the problem?

We want to check with you to make sure that no one has logged in to your
account without your permission.

Please take a moment to change your password and create new security
questions. You should also take a look at your account information and
recent transactions. Make sure that your account information (address,
phone number, etc.) hasn't changed and that you recognize all of your
recent transactions.

If you see a payment that you don't recognize, let us know by going to the
Resolution Center. Click "Dispute a Transaction" to report an unauthorized
transaction.

I failed the phone verify, so they are sending the letter to the out of state address that I used. :(

BTW, I already purchased the stealth guide, however, it is kind of behind times if you know what I mean.

Only advice is to go stealth and forget about this whole linking.

And you're saying the stealth guide is behind with the times? You need to read around the forum more. You're making basic mistakes and trying to use old linked info.
