What sort of change do you have with the IP? Are you checking that?

Does the new bank come from the same branch as suspended accounts?

Why is your paypal not confirmed ( VCC as mentioned by slapped)

Are you listing the same items? If so have you stripped all the data & changed the listings ?

as far as vcc, i use green dot. they allow you to change your billing address at any time which has proven to be a handy trick. iv'e also used other gift cards in the past. i thought about picking one up on here but i not sure know who to trust, plus it looks like the sellers want payment through paypal which would require me to upload funds to the account. plus i'm a little worried that an off ebay transaction like that might potentially get me limited. i'm a little paranoid these days.

the only reason i haven't been using 'user accounts' is because iv'e only been trying to get one account set up first before i go for multiples. iv'e done it in the past, i was just trying to get something going first. is this a bad idea?

as far as spoofing my mac, it's the only way i can change my ip as far as i know. what's the alternative?

my ip's are usually structured like 68.xx.xxx.xx or 71.xx.xxx.xx- the first two digits always seem to bounce between 68 and 71 for the most part, with the rest coming up randomly. and it always tracks to the same town right next to the one i live in.

i only have the one item to sell. i start from scratch and re-wright my listings when i start over. i have considered picking up some cheap low risk merchandise to sell first to get my foot in the door. i should probably look further into that.

just wondering why these questions about my paypal when it's ebay that shuts me down. i know ebay can see from there end if i'm bank verified, can they see if i'm credit card verified and who i hold my bank account with? i was still thinking pp and ebay were functioning as seperate companies for the most part.

The advice of UPS store is solid. However there are Mom and Pop type shipping stores. I found a gem. They are charging only $2 a month... Yes my jaw dropped to the floor... And they are allowing multiple names without ID. Only the primary payment holder. I paid $12 for six months of a good NON PO BOX address... Oh and $5 key deposit. Place was in a little town. :peace:
