Would i get suspended from paypal?
 

Hello

A while back I tried to purchase a laptop for $500 on ebay with an unverified paypal. About 20 minutes later I got my paypal limited and paypal placed a dispute and hold on the payment. I was limited and paypal wanted more information on my sales (I dell digital items on ebay with no tracking numbers) I could submit alot of information to paypal but a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoice got me a permanant limit. About 2 weeks later I received the money paypal held and I was pissed that my money will be held for 180 days and that I am out of a laptop.

Now, I have two VERIFIED stealth paypal accounts (both are new though) and I want to buy a $600 laptop. I thought about asking the seller could I pay small payments to him that equaled $600 through his paypal paypal to avoid paypal's suspission of a high payment but I do think that could cause it's own problem. I also thought about just straight up paying for the item since my account is verified now that it might not get limited this time, the only thing about this is my account is new and I don't know what might happen if I buy it.

I am desperate for a good laptop right now for school and personal use because as we speak I am just using an android phone for everything and my old laptop just got fried due to water damage.
Please any thoughts or advice?

You won't know until you actually buy and neither will anyone else.

BTW why not just go to a regular store and buy one, I would if I were spending that amount

Use a bonafide credit card for the purchase so that if you do get into problems with pp, you will have additional "outs".
