Does the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account have to be in the same city as i reside?
 

Basically I come from a city of 1 million people. I would rather make a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account using a different city but my question is this:

Do virtual offices forward all your mail to you? If I get a virtual office in NYC but I live in LA. Will they forward all my packages, letters, big boxes?

If so can't eBay catch on and keep a database of some virtual addresses (which are real physical addresses) and suspend anyone that attemps to use any of those addresses since eBay will know its a virtual address.

It shouldn't be too hard plus if some other eBayer used the same virtual address that I want to use then won't the address be already blacklisted?

I use random streets with random house numbers in any city. It helps if its in the same city as your ISP, but from my experience it's not necessary. If you don't buy things on eBay, why care about the address or mail forwarding?

Dont get a virtual office you sell cheap stuff. Only get it if you sell lots or big priced items. Ebay can or may keep virtual office databse. But there are millions of ebayers. Good Luck to Ebay

About 6 months ago it did seem like they were nailing my accounts if the registration city and the ip address were not in the same general location, but it seems to have stopped. Most likely they were flagging me a different way, but for a time it sure felt like that was the way they were killing some of my accounts.
