MC011 - issue. Can I used another eBay account?
 

Got MC011 issue on my main account was wondering if I can start selling on my other account that had made just for buying. Obv take it real slow. Probably 1 item at a time.

They do have the same name. But diff phone, card, address. But the same IP was used to register it.

Just trying to make sure before I get too far.

MC011 issue as explained in the email was due to "they wanted me to resolve the problems with my PayPal linked" the PayPal linked to the account is fully legit but one of the PayPal linked previously 3 years ago was limited. (diff name)

Another IMP note: my friend who made a payment for me using his PayPal but thru my ebay, his selling abilities was limited too. Now he is only allowed 30 items totalling Upto 1500. He made that payment for me 3 years ago, Just heads up to the members here.

Your situation is truly messy...

You should get the stealth guide.
Study it and makes notes then make a plan based on the guide.
Otherwise you're just going to trip on your own toes and make mistakes plus waste a lot of time and frustration.

Sorry I made it confusing. My problem can be answered with one question does eBay monitor IP address or not i.e. if one account is banned are others limited too even if they have diff address etc etc
