A Tale of Two Accounts
 

I've read EBay Stealth and it's a fabulous book. After getting a lot of accounts pulled, I have one dedicated account that sells non-vero items. Built it up to 40+ feedback.

For the VERO items, I have opened up account and waited for the 30+ days. Before I sell, I get verified by PayPal and buy some items. I then list the VERO items. List 1-2 items, that's it. Then E-Bay pulls the listings. No suspension, but I know the drill and don't list other items.

What have I done wrong?

Its no fault of your own. Just some competitor reporting you or you are selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or ebay thinks you are selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Maybe its a competitor cuz you can list a porn pic as your pic and ebay won't do crap (I've seen successful ones end with sales), unless someone reports you, since they don't have the man power to sit there and go thru 13million listings to see which ones are violated. I also know there are alot of tadle tale, stay at home moms with nothing to do and they just sit there going thru ebay reporting auctions.

Selling VeRO items is always risky... if you continue to lose auctions or accounts; it just isn't a good idea to sale VeRO items anymore. There are a few good threads on VeRO, do a forum search to find out what other people are doing to try to thwart a suspension.
