so i don't even care what happens with this...but I created a VERO item, staying stealth without using brand names. And I basically listed this in the listing:


I was kicked off ebay because I am not an authorized reseller but all my customers are 100% satisfied! I dont know if i understand you right but doing thats not really going to hit ebay hard.
Its more likely to have your account suspended or listing pulled.

I don't know how well it'll work out though; ebay customers believe it or not trust eBay and Paypal are there to cover their ass if something goes wrong. There is a fall back system of leaving negatives, getting your contact information, etc if things go wrong. When there is too many unknowns about something, it feels unsafe and not worth pursuing. The only people that'll most likely take you up on your offer will be scammers.
