Letting account "cool down" after suspension?

I was recently hit with an MC034 suspension for 30 days (for selling photos for feedback) - something I won't ever do again. Dumb idea.

And I'll be getting my account back in July. I have some actual items I REALLY need to sell. I have about 6 aimed to sell at $700-$800 and 1 for $1199. The thousand dollar one is 10000% completely legit with a receipt and everything but I'm honestly not 100% sure about the other 6.

Since they're expensive items (and also brand named) would this raise flags? What would you recommend I do? Any tips, advice, etc. would be much appreciated. And If I HAD to just to be safe, how long should I let my account "cool off" for? Are you somewhat put under a "close watch" by eBay once you get back on?

90 days cool off. Brand names that are heavily policed should be avoided. Since you don't say which brand name is involved, no way to go farther on this.

It's a pair of Louis Vuitton shoes that are 10000% authentic.

The other 6 things are Nike.

I don't see the Louis Vuitton brand name listed on eBay's VeRO page...does that mean I'd be safe to post my LV shoes? I know it's 100000% authentic since I myself walked in the store and bought it..I'm just worried cause I've heard that sometimes true authentic things get taken down for no reason because of companies in this VeRO thing.

Is LV vero...

This account needs to be >90 days old, have a prior history selling luxury brands with good feedback, no negs, no item not as described disputes & it would be a good idea to put the original receipt in your photos... even then, $1000 vuitton anything could get a limitation or takedown.

Well I never asked if LV was vero...I was positive it was, but was confused why it wasn't listed on the VeRO page with every other company like Gucci, Chanel, etc..

And yes, the account is over a year old. I've sold an LV item before but the person returned it (No, not because it wasn't authentic) only because he said it didn't fit him. He still left positive feedback and said he would've loved to keep it . I have 50 feedback total on the account, too. All 100% positive. Never any disputes. I've actually sold over around 130 items on that account yet I only got 50 feedbacks! I think this might have been because I was waiting for the buyer to leave it first + my buyers were most likely teens who didn't care.

with the prior suspension I would say its not gonna be able to sell LV on it without getting the BOOT. Especially with the cost of said item

This account is way too hot to be trying Nike or LV...or anything brand name related right now. Make new stealth and learn from past mistakes.

Yea, let it roast in the oven for at least 90 days unless you are prepared to send in all your docs and invoices. And that's a huge pain in the ace even when you have them all.
