indefinitely suspension for ebay account
 

hello all,

well as the rest of you i got suspension "indefinitely",
i had an account for 2 weeks (was very new to ebay) got my things going buying and selling and probably i revise my sell page too many times as i wanted to improve it from time to time and didn't knew it wasn't allowed i assumes this is the reason as soon i finished a revise i got that email of suspension.

i called them and they didn't want to explained to me why my account got suspended and leave it alone and opened another account well after 3 weeks they linked it to the old one and i got suspended again.

this time i got item i bought which i still not received + item i sold which still not arrived.

calling them again on my old account the first one asking how can i lift my suspension, there answer that there is no way as it "indefinitely" .
i bought the ebay stealth account guide and my questions are:

1. i was newbie to ebay with account 2 weeks old how come they don't understand that new people sometimes do mistakes and they banning someone identity "FOREVER" its seems to me Exaggerated action its not like i bought & sold in millions had 10$ hardly,
i told them i'm willing to send them ID and all the relevant paper there answer was "search another platform, you can no longer use ebay"
why don't they lift the suspension after a month or so giving chance to new comers..?!?!

2. in the second account what happens to all the things i bought and payed and still didn't got them..?

3. if i get a new account named on someone else and i set the shipment address same as old account is it matter or only the main account details and they don't linking account by shipping address..?

1.Hint: 'well after 3 weeks they linked it to the old one and i got suspended again' ??? <-----Did this bit here make any sense to you ???
2.I would expect EB to refund the buyer of the item you sold & if the item you purchased as a buyer had already been shipped by the seller before any suspension took affect, you will get it in the post. Otherwise I would expect them to release any funds due to you after a 45 or 180 day period.
3.I would NOT create ANY EB/PP A/C for the moment If I was you.

I forsee a LOT of issues & troubles for you at the moment at this rate. :faint:

regarding 1 - well i was a newbie and i didn't know the linking issues, after i got suspended again i started searching the web. and got here.

regarding 3 - what do you mean..? thats why i'm here to get help.
all my EB experience is month +/-(approx) the first account was banned after a week as i explained didn't know few times "revise" is not allowed as i only wanted to improve my sell page, the 3 weeks more is the new one i opened which was linked to the first one.

Exactly - work on that principle and go new and stealth.

They didn't ban you for revising your item too much - they banned you because that starting value of your item was too high.

next time make sure the first item you list is in a non-risk category and has a starting price of $3. Make sure it also sells for no higher than that.

Do not list Buy It Now - only auction style, only 1 auction.

As for the address -we live in Israel so it's not a problem, write your address in Hebrew - spell everything different, even the zip code can be different - the postal system went to 7 digit zip codes instead of 5, so if you used the 5 digits zip code use the 7 digits zip code now and vice versa.

You will also need a new paypal account - make sure EVERYTHING is different and read the stealth book before making a new account. Also ask all question you have on the forum before creating your new account.

I am sorry If I was unclear - in other words I meant it would be better to spend time learning the subject better than risk more bans on newly created EB/PP A/C at the moment.

Only if you are content & happy that you can fly with this under the EB/PP radar right now, then go ahead.
