Default Not a registerd user on my eBay account

I posted a thread last week that Microsoft sent me a warning letter, well they sent another email to one of my other accounts, I have been behaving since then (It's been less than a week). But just about an hour ago both of those accounts have been suspended and they both say "not a registered user". My email says "
MC999 FPA NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement"
That's it, You know the normal stuff after that about appealing, But I cant ship my orders, Contact buyers, leave feed back I mean absolutely NOTHING!!!

I was just about to start shipping things and I can't access any thing! I got a message from a customer but I can only see it through email not eBay. I have been suspended and restricted before but nothing like this, I can't access any thing. By the way both accounts had 100% positive feed back. Has this ever happened to any body before?

Ok i remember your Microsoft story.
After you got the warning letter from Microsoft, did you ignore it and continue to sell there products on ebay?

You NEED to have a license/permission to sell there products, and since you were selling chinese imports, i can see why you were suspended.

Not to mention you can get into LOADS of trouble over and above this

I doubt very much that you will get your accounts re-instated.
You will have to start again from scratch using the stealth techniques. (obviously not selling the same items again)

No I stopped immediately, But I had sold quite a few prior to the warning. My account is TOTALLY blocked, I have suspended before but I was still able to use the account to resolve issues, view personal info, just not sell, On these two accounts they are locked down!

forget it and move on. Do not be silly in trying to sell their product again.
And dont sign for any certified letters for a while

I'm voting for number 2 AND number 3.

eBay will not give you the account back. And Microsoft is VERY aggressive in protecting their interests. A lawsuit is not out of the question.

With many of these products, they initially register just fine, but in 30-60 days, the desktop goes black, the words "NOT GENUINE" appear in the corner of the screen, and a balloon pops up every few minutes reminding you the software is not genuine and urges you to go online to buy a real copy from the Microsoft store.

So, selling this stuff you will DEFINITELY lose your accounts.

I always wondered how people get away selling fofo ipods/ipads/iphones that don't work with itunes, xbox's that can't use live & Microsoft software that can't pass verification check.

I remember you....

I would disregard these EB A/C & the associated PP A/C.

I would form a NEW set of EB/PP A/C.

jeffweico makes some very important & valid points on this, esp Microsoft lawsuit.
