does anyone know why is that for

MC064 FPA NOTICE: eBay Listing(s) Cancelled

and how to deal with it, because I have no answear or explanation from ebay

Generally that notice occurs because your account was suspended for some reason (due to things such as request for further information regarding your account information/items for sale by eBay, suspension of the associated PayPal account, etc.). They should send you an explanation for the suspension shortly. I have never seen where they give you such a notice without an explanation email that follows. That email should explain what to do...

It's not necessarily going to be happy mail either.

FPA notice is like being shot in the face at point blank range. I have never seen anyone survive that in real life, so I think it's time to start getting active in some forum research.
