How long time it takes for ebay to review and reply?
 

I have replied their mail as they mentioned. Because when I phoned them they still asked me to reply the mail.

they said it would take up to three days.. but it is still too long time..not talking that very often they just simply ''forget'' to reply...

What was the issue under review?

paypal verified new account get limited because of relative big amount came in.
EBAY then removed all my active listings and made ebay account selling limited.

I was asked to provided identity information and invoices from suppliers. And also need to resolve paypal issues.

Four days later I got mail that the identity information is fine and what I need to do is reolve paypal problem.

Now paypal is good. So I replied the message as they asked me to.

All I want is to be able to sell on ebay.

I have seen replies as little as a day and as long as I think 7 days.

The crazy thing is when I called them and I was being transfered to the department who takes care of this kind of issues. The presentives still asked me to reply the mail even though they have all my information at hand.....they should have been able to get everything through right away in the phone.:mad:
