urgent !!!!
there is some problem in our account. ebay said we violate the ebay policay.

item(s) infringes copyrights (for example, a bootleg recording of a live performance, a pirated copy of media such as software or movies, or an unlawful copy of copyrighted works such as text, paintings, or sculptures).

how can we solve this problem? thanks for any advice.

The odds are not in your favor, considering you are from China. I may also add that unless you can 100% prove it is authentic you will not get reinstated, even then your chances are slim. China, Trademark/Copyright Violation....No way?!

if we can provide the certificate for the item,is there some chances?
ebay said we violate the copyright of another member who is from Germany.

In the email it says you can contact the rights owner directly to try and work it out. It wasn't ebay, it's the company who owns the trademark.
