I have got a new email address
I have got a new legit bank account

I will try to open a new paypal account with a slightly different address to my old paypal account ie 12a instead of 12 something road and a different name ie jay instead of james but with the same postcode and telephone number and then match it with a new ebay account with the same details.

Before I get myself into more trouble does anyone see any floors in this idea?
