 Is the Stealth Guide any use for UK Business Sellers?

I was, until recently, a UK Business Seller. I had a massive positive feedback of over 21,000 with only 6 negatives on my account. E-bay decided to suspend me firstly for 10 days and then on my contacting them to dispute this, I was suspended indefinately. On telephone calls to them they cite a different reason for the suspension each time.
The main reasons they stated were that I was selling items of adult material. These were records by Eric Clapton, which had a topless girl on the front cover. When they had removed these before, they said I could relist the item but without the cover showing. I did this and then had the item removed again. On contacting them they admitted, in writing, that they had made a mistake and the strikes would be removed, but they are counting this as a strike against me in the suspension.
Another reason was that I was selling counterfeit CDs. I do not even sell CD's!
Aaargh. It is total nonsense and the problem is that I am not playing at e-bay - this is my living. I just can't get anyone to listen. I have even spoken to someone at the President's Office, but they are just like robots and roll out the same reasons set out above and refuse to look at the answers.
Any suggests before I throw myself in front of a train?
