I am a "legit" eBay seller from Israel but I have a selling limit of 10 items

I want to start a new US stealth account with PayPal an eBay but I'm not sure if the Stealth Book is any use for sellers outside the US?

Does it explain how to fully verify US Paypal and eBay accounts even if I'm in a different country?

Just bought the book and read through

I skipped a lot of sections because I know everything it says

It's pretty useless for me because I want a US account because I learn that eBay gives a much higher priority to US members than international members that they could have a bigger problem dealing with if it's a scam

The only problem is the SSN, the bank account and credit card. I can't use Israeli bank account and credit card for a US registered account and I don't have a SSN since I don't live in the US. Is there any way around it that I can register a US account if I live outside of US?

The book AND the forum give you the answers. You have a great deal of reading to do.

The book doesn't explain how to fully verify a US eBay and Paypal accounts (US bank, credit card and SSN) if you are outside the US (unless I missed it)

I know there are VCC/VBA services but a lot of them are banned from eBay so only a prepaid card is going to work but still it doesn't solve the SSN issue

There only way to avoid the SSN issue is to set up and run the account in a manner that reduces the risk of being asked for it.

If they ask for it, and you don't have one - the account is gone.

UK accounts do not have this issue of SSN, you may want to consider it as an alternative.

eBay UK serves 14 million users whereas eBay US serves as much as 100 million
also all my products ship from USA and they are all too large to ship overseas

Why are you asking about 'stealth' USA accounts then make the above statement.

Are you already suspended on ebay.com?

If your goods are already located in the USA why are you not using existing business arrangements?

@OP, you can't have your cake and eat it too. You can "try" and have someone in the USA open some accounts for you...but there's no guarantee their going to have the type of limits you want.

My reply to you still stands. It is possible to operate US stealth accounts without getting asked for SSN.

When you find the time to read the guide and search the forum, you'll find the answer.

Actually he said he did read the stealth book and skipped all the stuff he already knows. I agree , he needs to read it carefully but perhaps he knows than all of us put together.

The OP wants a step by step solution to each problem which does not happen anywhere in life. Get a US IP most likely a server. Get a US mail box that forwards mail to you. Set up the paypal and ebay. Buy VBA and VCC to verify your account. Run it as a new account and you will not be asked for SSN. GoodLuck.

Then you really shouldn't even bother making a USA account, of course no one can guarantee it. If you can find a 100% full proof method of making stealth accounts without risk of them asking for SSN or other info you let us know because no one has one.

You sell on Ebay, there's risk every day of getting banned or limited.

What if I paid for the mail, phone, VCC, and VBA like a $100 and then they call me the next week before I even sold anything?

^ It won't cost that much, and remember that sometimes you have to lose money to make money.

I want to know one thing

Is it true that eBay prefers US sellers over international sellers? Do they place US sellers items higher than international sellers items?

If that is truer I will for sure open a US account but if not I will open a Israeli account right away

So basically this is what it's going to cost to open a new account:

VPN $7 /month
Mailbox $10 /month
Phone $15 / month
VBA $20
VCC $20
==================
TOTAL

Plus eBay fees:

Store $15 / month
Listing fees $5 / month ($0.5 * 10 items)

So my monthly fees are nearly $65 plus $40 one time fees (VBA&VCC)
Just to set up an account will cost $105 and then $65 each month

Then you'll lose money.

The more you invest in stealth, the stronger your account will look to ebay/pp and therefore more likely to last.

Ask yourself how serious you are about selling on ebay and how confident you are in the products you plan on selling. Only you can make the decision on whether the investment is worthwhile.

Why can you not make use of your US based goods?

Besides my current legit account I opened another account two weeks ago (disregarded selling limits) and it got suspended but I still have my current legit account

What do you mean make use of my US based goods?
