Default Suspended on 1st listing

Ok, I made ebay account 3 months ago with clean ip/cookies/flash and I got couple of feedbacks and I linked it with verified never used before paypal that has same name and address as on ebay and cellphone.
Anyway after 3 months passed I listed single item and I was suspended within 3 hours because I quote "Recent account activity has raised serious security concerns.".

So can anybody explain me what did I do wrong? Also it seems in my country whenever you register account and list something, there isnt any kind of limit I'm still not sure why. They will suspend you as soon as you list something so it doesn't matter.

I had a variation of the same thing happen to me. one of the differences was that I had a buying account for 4 years then opened a seller account under the same name. mine lasted four days before it got suspended for the same reasons you listed above. the additional part was that i was working as a listing agent for several clients of mine, hence not having the items myself (like placing an ad in the classified section of the newspaper). when i was able to get bodies on the phone, couldn't get straight answers, even after jumping thru their hoops for documents for a full month. now it is indefinite suspension and will not review the issue again. the only thing i can hope for is that they will reconsider after some time has lapsed. my buyers account is still open and i can buy (have good feedback). this boat seems to be getting quite crowded for their actions!

Was that your first account or was it new one because first one got suspended?

Also I don't understand what is making somebody suspicious? I mean I can use highly anonymous proxies from USA make account get feedback link it with real paypal I would still get banned but on other hand there are these people they have 0 feedback they made 1 month ago ebay account and they listed 500$ worth of iphone and they don't get suspended.

Edit:
Was thinking what the reasons why somebody in USA with 0 feedback can list 500$ item with 0 feedback and don't get suspended. I got 2 reasons.

One possible reason is that lastname, address, city, province, phone matches white pages but if you are outside US it hard for them to verify you like this so they go instantly for feedback so let's say they go check your feedback and they find out that you only have bought some ebooks obviously you will be suspicious to them because you just listed couple hundred dollars worth of electronics, jewellery etc..

Also it possible that they check if your IP is matching the city you are currently in. They probably check on first couple listings. That would be kinda dumb but still it solid reason.

Are you using a proxy? VPN? What is the first item you list?

Little bit more info.

I tried with and without proxies and VPN and neither way works. I'm trying to sell Kindle Fire.

I'm not really in position to start selling low price items because I don't own anything else besides that and shipping would be enormous high if I would ship it outside my country and wouldn't be really worth it.

Too hot an item and VPNs are terrible.

But you have to start small. Unless you purchase an already used account that has some selling history established of large items.

Also - selling electronics right away with foreign IP...likely created security flag.
