New Ebay Layout Limitations
 

Hello

Has anyone noticed that ebay has changed its layout when you register a new account? I am in the US, so I am not sure if it is just the .com account or all of them.

For it seems like whenever I make a new stealth account on the brand new layout for registering on ebay, those get hit with a limitation, yet when I register on the old ebay layout, they don't get hit.

I am not talking about the listing layouts, but the layout of the site when you click on "register". It doesn't even ask for an address until I become a seller.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any way to change it?

Havnt had any issues myself despite the new registration method theyre employing these days...

No I have been doing the same things to all my new stealths. HMm I might just need to look harder at my steps.

slokor - do any of your accounts get limited?

Hmm, since they changed the layout, lots of accounts are having 10/$500 limits. That is one good reason to have multiple well-established accounts as backup, since ebay likes to change the game up at random.

How many of the new lay out ones have been hit?

And by limitation do you mean the selling limit? Or a suspended acc limitation.

Maybe what your selling is getting hit?

No I mean a suspended account limitation. I always have to do more work to make the accounts work.

But I have just managed to start over if I see that layout.


New question -- has anyone had to do a verification of identity online to sell with variations?

Maybe-- but i sell the same things constantly without problems so I don't think that is the problem
